Emy Louie

Emy Louie serves as the Director of Public Outreach for the US High Speed Rail Association. Trained as an architect (graduate of the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa with a degree in Architecture) who once hosted her own radio show, Emy has taught continuing education classes on design and urban development to architects and engineers.
