JB Isaacs

JB Isaacs was born in the Bronx, NY during the years of the great depression

to parents whose lives were difficult. After public school and for twenty five years, he labored in the trucking industry, followed by his belated education; undergraduate and two Masters degrees, Criminal Justice and Social Work. Until retirement, he relished his career as Children and Family Therapist.

After many years of writing, editing and reading poetry, he has ventured into the world of the novel. His long and intimate experiences with the city of his birth, the range of individuals he has known and his career experiences have helped him create his stories and his cast of characters.
