Gary W. Stout is the author of Zone of Fixation, Serial Samaritan, Arrested Innocence, and Words. He lives on his ranch in the foothills of Northern California. When he's not writing, he and his wife are either enjoying their five horses and other critters in their large menagerie or kayaking, diving, hiking, or any other interest that keeps them outdoors.
