Terry Godbey

Terry Godbey's five poetry collections are “Tango” (Kelsay Books, 2025), “Hold Still” (Main Street Rag Poetry Book Award finalist, 2013), “Flame” (Finishing Line Press, 2012), “Beauty Lessons” (Quercus Review Book Award winner, 2009), and “Behind Every Door” (Slipstream Annual Poetry Chapbook Contest winner, 2006). She has published widely in literary magazines including “Rattle,” “Poet Lore,” “Harpur Palate,” “Crab Creek Review,” “Rosebud, “The Florida Review” and “CALYX.” Terry has won many awards including the Rita Dove Poetry Award. She lives in Orlando, Florida, and works as a writer at Marriott Vacations Worldwide.
