Jane Malyon's career includes keynote speaking, business coaching (specialising in communication skills) + being an entrepreneur running The English Cream Tea Company.

Her e-book (Parenting By Stealth!) was inspired by finding positive strategies to deal with her very er, 'creative' sons - one of whom managed to get 26 detentions in just 1 week at school!

The next published book was 'Play Nicely! Best Behaviour in Business' using techniques of rapport/respect to gain long-term business relationships through better 'business manners' and communications. We all need to Play Nicely!

In 2011 Jane Malyon set up www.englishcreamtea.com, sending out chilled hampers of deluxe afternoon tea + tea-related treats UK-wide. She also gained the Guinness World Record for the largest English Cream Tea Party and wrote 'Scone or Scone - the Essential Guide to British Afternoon Tea' which became an Amazon best seller.
