Stephen Josephs

Stephen Josephs, Ed.D., was born in Worcester, Massachusetts. He received degrees from Clark University, Harvard University, and the University of Massachusetts.

Stephen uses his expertise in business, adult developmental psychology, and transformational methods to develop leaders. He helps key players increase their vitality and focus to sustain profitable enterprises and find fulfillment in life and work.

In Leadership Agility, co-authored with Bill Joiner (Jossey-Bass 2007), the authors show how leaders at higher stages of leadership agility create organizations that outperform others in complex business environments. Their research has also shown these high level leaders are more fulfilled in their personal lives and more interested in working for the greater good than their counterparts.

Stephen newest book, Dragons at Work, is an illustrated parable for 21st century business life. In it Stephen shows how great coaching works and how readers can transform their fire breathing executives into highly effective leaders.
