Emily Randolph

Emily Randolph is the author of the children's books series, 'It's a King's Life', about the travels of her Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. Emily is also the author of 'Dogs Are... Just Like You!' that she created for pet therapy organization, Gabriel's Angels; as well as the co-author of 'Dima's Dog School.' Emily and her husband, Dan Merchant, a photo illustrator, publish through their company, Happy Lady Productions, LLC, which donates a portion of the proceeds of book sales to animal welfare and pet therapy programs.

Dan's credits include: 'It's a King's Life' book series; 'Some Days You're the Dog... Some Day's the Hydrant'; and 'Limericks by The Brothers Randolph.'

Emily and Dan are the proud parents of three Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Happy, Lady and Lucy. These clever canines are also writers. Their musings can be found on their dog blog, http://itsakingslife.wordpress.com/
