My career in writing has been focussed on academia (I'm an anthropologist by trade). Though from student years onwards I have had the odd poem, short story or essay published.

My academic books include Dasher Wheatley & Australia in Vietnam (NTU Press, 1998), Minh's Story (HSNT, 2011), Sex Work in Vietnam (amazon Kindle, 2013), Prostitution: Recent & Unstoppable (Partridge, 2015), and Statistical Anthropology (2017).

I am also the author of 4 novels [The Theory of Relativity (amazon Kindle, 2012; Outskirts Press, 2014), Hanh Dien (Outskirts, 2014), King of the Woods (Outskirts, 2015), & VUK (Outskirts, 2016)], as well as the memoir Ms Vui in Australia (Outskirts 2017).
