Darren L. Johnson

Darren L Johnson is a Dad and organization development professional who specializes in implementing organizational change management strategies that support mergers and acquisitions in the maritime logistics industry.

Since 1994, Darren has used the seven steps (referred to as 7 Secrets) in his original book titled, Letting Go of Stuff®, as the foundation for his coaching and consulting at the individual and organizational level.

He is a graduate from American University's Masters of Science in Organization Development program. As a keynote speaker on the topic of managing organizational change and leadership development Darren uses the seven steps to support his coaching and consulting methodologies.
