Kelly Williams

In May 2008, Kelly Williams made a commitment to apply her considerable media and communications leadership experience to join Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. She serves as Vice President, Marketing & Communications.

A former TV news reporter, Williams also has a diverse advertising, marketing, corporate communications and investor relations background.

A mentor at heart, Williams has authored two parenting books for single mothers: Single Mama Dos & Don'ts and the acclaimed Single Mamahood, Advice and Wisdom for the African American Single Mother.

Williams has a master's degree in journalism from the University of Missouri and a bachelor's in journalism from Lincoln University in Missouri.
