I was born in the UK but have travelled extensively and lived in many different places around the globe, now spending most of my time living between Cyprus and Australia with my husband.

I research many subjects and write for a worldwide audience. Celiac disease became an important issue for me when my niece Florence was diagnosed and I hope that writing this collection of books has taken the sting out of the tail and that you and your child are able to face the frontiers of delicious and nutritious foods with confidence and the new found knowledge to keep the Gremlins at bay.
