Lyn Scott

Lyn Scott serves as CEO of Guardianship Services, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to protecting and empowering at-risk adults in Tarrant County through guardianship and other supportive programs. She brings more than two decades of cross-sector leadership experience, having held executive roles in permanent supportive housing and at a nationally chartered history museum and educational institution.

Lyn’s career is rooted in business process improvement, with a professional background spanning the banking, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors. She earned her undergraduate degree from Texas Wesleyan University and holds an Executive MBA from Texas Woman’s University.

A committed advocate for civic engagement and volunteerism, Lyn also serves as board chair of Community Impact Partners, where she advances initiatives that strengthen local communities.
