As a specialist in human resources and team management, I work with a wide range of audiences: engineering students (CentraleSupélec), professionals in the cultural sector (La Fémis, European Screenwriters’ City), as well as with companies to train their managers and executives in effective team management.

A significant part of my work focuses on preparing young professionals for their first managerial roles—developing the right posture, communication skills, team leadership, and the ability to manage complex situations. I also support experienced managers, helping them strengthen their leadership practices, reflect on their role, and adopt a more responsible and forward-looking management approach.

My career includes HR roles in corporate environments and managerial responsibilities at the CEGOS Group, where I led the HR training portfolio and managed a team of consultants. I also taught for over 10 years at Université Paris-Dauphine.
