John Theodore was born in Trinidad & Tobago, West Indies. He spent his early years up to six years of age in Trinidad, but has spent the rest of his life in England, whilst also experiencing a period in San Francisco, California.
He grew up in London where he studied at Brixton College and Huron University, in the areas of Telecommunications, Computers, and Business Administration.
In executive development, he has worked with companies such as Bank of America, Pacific Bell, Bell Atlantic, Morgan Stanley, Intel, BT, EDS, Nokia, Cisco, IBM, Kraft Foods, in Europe and the U.S.A. He was also involved with key strategic programmes such as ‘Backing Young Britain’ working alongside Department for Work and Pensions. Since 2004, he has been involved with Department for Work and Pensions, covering programmes such as; Start-up business; New Deal - Work Experience for both 18 to 25 year olds, and 25+ year olds. He is currently serving as an Employment Advisor in London.
