Alex Kanakaris

My early articles as a child were about the postage stamps of Eastern Europe and the stories behind them (East European Specturm for Linn's Stamp News)and political events. My first book was "Lennon and McCartney after the Beatles" and my best known book is "Signs of Intelligent Life on the Internet." My next book projects are "Alex's Dinners with Rachel: A Father-Daughter Book" and "PO Box 1142" the amazing story of American WWII veterans heroic secret project that helped end the war, achieve American space and technology breakthroughs and involved a novel and human treatment of prisoners. The latter is dedicated to Alex's mentor and teacher the late Major Arnold Kohn, who was one of those veterans that was part of the PO Box 1142 project that remained top secret until five years ago.
