Dr. Arin N. Reeves is a sociologist, researcher, author, and advisor whose work examines leadership, workplace culture, and the human dynamics that shape change. She is the founder and managing director of Nextions, a research and advisory firm focused on workplace culture change, where she has led research and advisory work on topics including equity, belonging, implicit bias, cultural integration, energy management, and organizational transformation. She is also the founder of The JEDI Collective, a public interest initiative dedicated to advancing justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion globally, and currently serves as a Fulbright Specialist focused on effective leadership models in global contexts.
Her work is distinguished by an interdisciplinary approach that bridges academic inquiry and real-world application, drawing on research across fields and practical experience to help leaders and institutions navigate complexity with greater clarity and integrity.
She began her career as an attorney and later taught law and society at Northwestern University, where she earned her doctorate in sociology. Reeves is the author of The Next IQ, One Size Never Fits All, Smarter Than a Lie, and In Charge. Her newest book, Ethical Influence Under Pressure: Choosing Integrity to Create Change that Endures, is available now.
