Jennifer-Crystal Johnson

Jen Johnson is an online course creator and instructor, author of numerous books in various genres, singer-songwriter-producer, speaker, and mindfulness and inner work coach. While some of her older work is geared more toward creative expression, her newer work is geared toward that and healing: healing herself as well as helping others heal through her experiences.

As a survivor of numerous types of abuse throughout her life, she has had to work hard to move past victim mentality and into self-empowerment, a shift in consciousness that has involved a process of many smaller and bigger shifts. When you wake up from abuse and begin to fully understand what has happened, it can feel like you suddenly find yourself in another dimension... reality can feel shaky for a little while. In my case, it was 3 days of nonstop YouTube to immerse myself in learning about narcissistic abuse, which explained every aspect of what I thought was "wrong" with me.
