Kamalashila

In 1974 in Thetford Forest, Kamalashila was ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order by Urgyen Sangharakshita who gave him his Dharma name. Since then he has founded Meditation and Dharma centres, taught around the world, lived some years in Wales as a hermit, and written a popular guide to meditation among other works.

Nowadays he still very much enjoys communicating Buddhism, meditation and mindfulness.
