Brogan L. Fullmer

Brogan L. Fullmer was born in Ogden, Utah. He has spent much of his life expanding his education and striving toward a better world as a political activist and public servant. He continues to call Utah home, finding adventure and fulfillment along its snow-capped mountains and unending canyon lands. He began compiling his first book, "Quotes of Note," in 2004. Today, "Quotes of Note" is one of the best-selling references of its kind and is available in several formats.
