M. C. Grant

M.C. Grant was short listed for the Shamus Award presented by The Private Eye Writers of America for the action-packed adventures of Dixie Flynn, a wise-cracking reporter for San Francisco’s top alternative weekly.

With a dab of romance, a bucketload of humour and a truckload of trouble, Dixie delivers "lots of action, colorful characters, and a surprising plot twist . . . that will have readers eager for Dixie to solve more cases," according to Booklist Online.

“Dixie Flynn may be the most kick-ass heroine ever created. Kudos to Grant for giving us the ultimate ‘girl power’ thriller!” — Tess Gerritsen, New York Times bestselling author of The Silent.
