Deanna Kleiman

Deanna Kleiman is the author of, "My Twin Brother" and "Jacob's Journey, Living with Type 1 Diabetes". Both are fun, educational and colorful children's books that are easy for any child to read and understand.

As the mother of twin boys, one of whom is a Type 1 Diabetic, Deanna has first hand knowledge of what it is like to be a twin, and what it is like to live with diabetes. Both books are told from Jacob's point of view so any child can understand them, and any adult can learn from and enjoy them as well.

Deanna lives with her family in a suburb of Detroit, Michigan.
