Fiona Campbell

Fiona Campbell Arrand is a recognised leader in the commercial application of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) within business, leadership and coaching.

For over 35 years, she has worked internationally with leaders, consultants, coaches and organisations, helping them strengthen communication, sharpen thinking and build the kind of trust that drives sustained performance. Since 2005, Fiona has delivered accredited NLP Business Practitioner and NLP Business Coach training, equipping professionals to apply NLP confidently and responsibly in real organisational environments.

Her work focuses on language, behaviour and the human dynamics that shape leadership, culture and results. She is known for translating complex psychological models into structured, practical tools that can be used immediately in high-stakes conversations — from boardrooms to coaching sessions.

Fiona wrote Working with Trust in response to a growing leadership challenge: as artificial intelligence reshapes the workplace, human capability becomes more visible, not less. She believes that trust, communication precision, emotional intelligence and behavioural awareness are now the defining leadership skills of our time.

Through her writing, training and executive coaching, Fiona’s aim is clear — to make powerful skills usable, so leaders and coaches can apply them with confidence, clarity and integrity in conversations that truly matter.
