Kathy Bertone

Kathy has enjoyed entertaining friends and family at three homes for years: one on thirty-seven acres in the peaceful serenity of the mountains where guests would go for leisurely, quiet weekends that included skeet shooting, hiking, and deer and bear watching (yes, really); one close to the beaches of Florida where sun, sand, and recreational pursuits reign; and one in an historic charming small town in Northern Virginia, close to the nation's capital where international friends and family enjoyed visiting and touring the historic sites, as well as the 'hunt country' and vineyards of Virginia.

She is now living a less hectic, although not completely stress-free life, (there are still guests and hosting duties, after all), where she is currently working on other books.

Kathy writes in an attempt to help all of us have better times with the people we love the most - our family and friends. Enjoy.
