Liz Crisostomo

I am from the island of Guam presently residing in Southern California. I am a Spiritual Counselor, holistic health practitioner as well as an artist and writer. I am also a student of Higher Consciousness and will be completing those studies this summer. My life mission is to teach, speak and facilitate workshops that will uplift, inspire and empower others to live an inspiring life.

I enjoy nature walks, dancing, jazz music, reading, creative projects, laughter/comedy, tai chi, meditation, chanting and living life.
