Scott C. Whitaker

Scott Whitaker has more than 30 years’ experience covering M&A strategy, post-merger integration, operations, carve-outs, divestitures, and internal M&A capabilities development.

In 2010 Scott cofounded the North American division of Global PMI Partners, an international M&A consulting firm focused on M&A, which later became part of E78 Partners in 2023.

He is a recognized expert in the field of M&A and is also the author of Cross-Border Mergers & Acquisitions (Wiley 2016) and the first edition of this book, Mergers and Acquisitions Integration Handbook (Wiley 2012).

Scott is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina, the father of three, and lives in Atlanta with his wife, Eve.
