Adam Crowe

Adam S. Crowe writes fun, imaginative, and adventurous stories (mostly) for kids that are a love letter to stories he experienced as a child that involved journeys in time machines to galaxies far, far away to face down ghosts, goblins, bogeys, broom riders, and more. He is an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and is a graduate of Clemson University and Jacksonville State University. He lives in Virginia with his wife and kids.

When not writing for kids, Adam is a risk manager with multi-sector experience in both public and private industry. He has worked for the last decade with organizations and preparedness groups throughout the country to better prepare communities, organizations, & businesses for emergencies and disasters. He is a nationally-recognized author & speaker on emergency management and preparedness issues including the application of social media into these processes. He has written three text books on the impact of social media and technology on emerging risks.
