David E. Harper

At sixteen, David Harper suffered a devastating accident high in the Cascade Mountains of Oregon that left him a paraplegic. Today he works from a wheelchair in rugged rural Wyoming. David enjoys encouraging others to live their lives to their fullest potential despite personal limitations hurled at them from life's harrowing experiences. Along with his wife Barbi, they raised two children. With the addition of a third grandchild, and two Bearded Border Collies their family continues to grow.
