Felicetta (Chet) Scire

Born in New York City on November 24, 1943. Lived in Huntington, Long Island most of my life. After working for an insurance company for 11 years, married the most amazing Chef in 1971, Ronald Sciré. After having three children, a girl named TracyAnn, and identical twin boys named Richard Scott and Michael Anthony,we opened an Italian Restaurant in Melville,NY,called the Villa Sciré. Having no experience with restaurants, other then eating in them, I had to learn, quickly, what it takes to run a successful business. With Ronnie's experience, and my determination, we did just that for eleven years.

Although it was hard at times, I found that a sense of humor was the easiest avenue to take when dealing with the public, our employees, or many situations.
