Ayub Fleming

Ayub Fleming is a real estate and business professional in Central Florida and author of a growing number of books and journals to support the Living the Max Life and Hidden Potential coaching programs. Ayub has been dedicated to teaching and coaching people to a higher level of human development and excellence for over 20 years. His professional career expands over 25 years of business management, finance, and real estate development holding positions as President & CEO, Director of Operations and Project Manager in multiple disciplines since he was 20 years old.

Mr. Fleming is associated with several businesses and agencies as Acting Director and Asset Development Manager of two different Public Housing Authority, Board of Director for Hopes and Dreams Team, President & CEO of World Promise Foundation, and Founder of Creative Media Concepts.

His passion is developing human potential by challenging thought, connecting to purpose, equipping to live; mastering life’s potential, and transitioning with love. As a former Pastor and presently a Personal Development Coach he has developed businesses, real estate and people over his professional career.

His newest venture is the development of the Living the Max Life system of coaching with support through an array of products and resources. Ayub has also found a creative release and special connection through writing poetry and music. Journaling is a big part of his success and something that he stresses in his coaching.
