Jennifer Petersen is a tea enthusiast, professional speaker, author, and Tea Mastermind coach with over 20 years of experience in the tea industry. As a master tea blender, retail and wholesale entrepreneur, and former owner of a tea restaurant and gift shop, Jennifer has cultivated a deep passion for tea and the art of hospitality.

She is the founder and director of **Create+Design+Manage a Profitable Tea Business**, a program dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build successful tea ventures. Jennifer’s expertise in business, tea, and etiquette has been featured in publications such as *The Columbian*, *The Oregonian*, *Vancouver Business Journal*, as well as on CNN, NPR, OPB, and in several trade books.

Jennifer is a Certified Tea Specialist, accredited by the Specialty Tea Institute (STI) and the Tea Council of the USA. She is currently serving her fifth term on the STI Advisory Board, where she actively contributes to the advancement of the tea industry.
