Maureen Mangiardi

Maureen has been writing, producing and directing since she was eight years old. Her play, "Mr. Bluebottoms has a Rummage Sale", debuted at camp to an enthusiatic, albeit, captive audience.

She has written professionally in television and advertising and has won numerous awards for her work as a senior producer and writer at Channel 13, New York City's public television station, and at her production company and advertising agency.

Besides "The Story of the Jesus Tree", Maureen has written a children's intergalactic adventure called "Winterblue", which will be published later this year.

She now freelances as a creative director and copy editor and as a producer and writer. She continues to work on her own writing projects.
