Helen Penman

Helen Penman is a cake artist from the UK. She has written books on sugar modelling, cake carving and the latest book on sugar flowers. Helen started cake design when her triplets were two years old, theyre 22 now! She takes commissions for bespoke cakes, novelty birthday cakes are her favourite, along with planning for her next book. Helen is planning a tour of the USA in 2015 to teach classes in modelling.
