David O. Treviño remembers as a child being placed in front of the TV to see the astronauts on the moon. He has been an avid space exploration enthusiast ever since. Years later, after seeing the first Space Shuttle launch, he made a model of the Shuttle out of aluminum foil. After an intensive semester of English as a Second Language, he was admitted into college, and eventually earned degrees in Information Technology. Lunar Rescue is his first novel, mainly to prove to his early English teachers that he wasn't beyond hope.
