Simon Western

Dr Simon Western is CEO of Analytic-Network Coaching, President of ISPSO (International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations) Adjunct Professor at University College Dublin.

He writes on leadership, coaching and psycho-social dynamics, drawing on critical theory, psychoanalysis, social movement theory and actor-network theory.

Simon translates theory to practice, and works in leading global companies as a coach and consultant working with senior leaders and CEOs, advising on how to deliver 'new distributed and networked forms of leadership for the digital age. He also works in the health and education sectors.
