I have always loved writing. It was my childhood ambition to become a published author. Although my school teachers were sceptical about my command of the English language, suggesting I spent too many hours day dreaming on storylines rather than grammatical niceties. Full time work and family commitments delayed any serious attempts to finalise a bookshelf of drafts that I had written. Then in my 'silver age' I studied Creative Writing for Performance at Bristol University. Subsequently getting two of my Radio plays, 'Together Forever' and 'Birdman', 'performed'. My stage play 'Forget Me Not' won Best Original play runner up award at the 2011 Gloucestershire Drama Association One Act Play Festival.
We took 'Forget Me Not' and 'Mountain Heir' on 'tour' to great audience reception.
And now finally I have reached my goal with the publication of my first novel 'Godsons Counting Sunsets.
Update: April 2013
The mining disaster play 'Together Forever' was again performed to the local History Society to great acclaim.

As a result of readers positive feedback from the first novel, I have written a sequel novel entitled 'The Godsons Legacy'.
The novel continues the story where 'Counting Sunsets' ends and again is a fast moving, multi-layered plot providing challenges for all the characters.

Buoyed by the fantastic feedback from readers, from all over the world I have written the third novel in the Godsons series 'The Godsons Inheritance' to continue the adventures surrounding the characters. The story ends on a cliff hanger. Who is lurking in the bushes?
