In 2005 in Nashville, Tennessee, Faye Aldridge, a wife, mother and grandmother, lost her husband, Burke, to cancer after a three-week hospital confinement. On the last day of Burke's life, he told Faye he was going to send her a fax from heaven to let her know he was all right. A short time after Burke's death at Baptist Hospital, he made good on his promise.

Two doctors, who worked at Baptist Hospital, contacted Faye just days after Burke died. The doctors claimed Burke had paid them visits in their homes soon after his death. The doctors did not know each other, yet they received almost identical messages from the deceased patient! Both doctors sent written documentation of their unusual after death visits to Faye by fax machines!

Dr. Carl Willis, a medical oncologist and Dr. Arthur Cushman, a neurosurgeon, agreed to a televised interview, providing sworn statements that their after death encounters were in fact true. Newscaster Jennifer Johnson first aired the interview on WSMV Channel 4 News in Nashville. This well covered story was also carried on CBS Atlanta 46 in Georgia, KSLA in Shreveport, LA, KLTV in Tyler, TX, WFIE in Indiana, stations in Myrtle Beach, Memphis, Cleveland, Charlotte and on and on.

The miraculous occurrences led Faye to write her first book, A FAX FROM HEAVEN. She has written several books since that time.

Faye Aldridge is a woman of strong faith. She believes God called her to write her first book to glorify God for the genuine gifts of hope He generously gave her family by allowing Burke's after death visits. Her family received the extraordinary gifts of hope with much gratitude. Since her husband's death, Faye has devoted most of her time to sharing the miraculous gifts of hope with the world through her books.
