Lorraine Richardson is a skilled, urban educator who taught at both the middle and high school levels, gaining a tremendous insight into the anatomy of a high-performing classroom community. For over fifteen years, she served the Detroit Metropolitan Area as a literacy coach and as an instructional specialist, coaching teachers in the classroom and designing professional development activities. She has created and authored hundreds of documents to improve teacher quality and classroom practices.

Lorraine is founder and "Chief Owl" at Owl Mountain Coaching, LLC where she works to pass the torch to the next generation of educators.
