Peter McKINNEY

Peter McKinney (1946-present) born Oakland, California. Served eight years in

the US navy, was X-ray tech in the navy for five years and as a civilian for

thirty-six years. Began writing while in the Navy and has continued to write.

More books are in the planning stages with titles of 'Other feelings' and

'Generalities' similar to 'Quondam a Soliloquy' and includes Haiku style

poems and other streams of thought prose.

I was stationed in San Diego, calif. from June 1968 until March 1970 at the

Navy Hospital, then Long Beach Navy Hospital March 1970 til November 30,1971,

and lastly Subic Bay Navy Hospital, the Philippines from January 1972 until

July 31, 1973. My civilian career was with Memorial Hospital, Long Beach,

Calif. until June 30, 2010 when I retired. At last I was able to focus on
