Sheila Steele

Born in Utah, raised in California's Bay Area; lived in Canada 24 years where she owned and operated a performing arts, dance & fitness studio. First book, Dancing Darla (1976) --kinderdance primer was based on her experience as a dance teacher of little ones.

It was during her stay in South Africa as a visiting teacher of musical theatre and learning therapy that she conceived "Moving to Learn" manual (published 2009).

Her play "Murder by Vote" ( 1995)- a murder mystery event renamed "Contention at the Convention" in 2010, is available by contacting her @ ss99358@yahoo.com. Her Fairytale, CinderYellow was a story she made up and told her grandchildren and is expanded to be used in schools.

Chakra T's is a culmination of years of study of chakras, applying the wisdom of Socrates to enhance the book's message. Her 2015 book "Let's Face It!-- Skincare Savvy for Healthy and Graceful Ageing" represents extensive research on cosmetic ingredients and procedures, with lists of good/bad ingredients to look for; plus has suggestions of skincare throughout the decades; and a facial exercise section.

MISSION STATEMENT

"Nothing ventured, nothing gained" my mom used to say when I had new ideas to explore. Retired from public school teaching, but not from life's continuing ventures.
