Lucy L. Melbourne

Lucy L. Melbourne is a globe trotter, writer and scholar. She has lived in Europe, Scandinavia, and the Middle East and North Africa. In addition to academic works, she has published creative non-fiction and poetry. Dr. Melbourne holds a Ph.D. in comparative literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a former Senior Fulbright Scholar to Morocco. A Full Professor of English at Saint Augustine's University, she divides her time between homes on the North Carolina Outer Banks, Raleigh, and Rabat.
