About Stasia Cramer

Stasia Cramer grew up in The Hague, the Netherlands, and now lives with her husband Martin on a farm in Drenthe, surrounded by a lively herd of ponies and horses. When she isn’t writing, she gives riding lessons, hosts riding weekends, and runs a therapeutic farm for children with ADHD, autism, and attachment issues. Almost every day you’ll find her in the saddle—usually on Zadok, cantering along the sandy paths around their farm.

As a lifelong horse lover, Stasia has written 45 books, 29 of them especially for pony enthusiasts. Her work has been published by Zwijsen, Uniepers, Leopold, Elzenga, and Van Tricht, and several titles have been translated into German by Ravensburger and into English for Amazon Kindle.
