Lawyer, teacher, writer, possibilist. In these divided and divisive times, I believe in the power of stories to build bridges as we see through another’s eyes, and feel through the beating of another’s heart.

Wherever and whenever possible, I surround myself with readers and writers. I sit on the local library board of trustees, host an open mic for writers, and I am the managing editor for SHARK REEF Literary Magazine.

In addition to Two Over Easy All Day Long and the UnFairy Tale series for middle grade readers, my short stories have appeared in literary magazines including Adelaide, Cape Magazine, Antithesis, Evening Street Review, and others.
