I am a long time fitness enthusiast, activist, and Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist. I create informational products for Chakra 4 Herb & Tea House in Phoenix, Arizona. Chakra 4 is the largest and most comprehensive specialty herbal boutique in the country. We also have an organic vegetarian restaurant. I maintain two blogs and one store website for Chakra 4 that is home to the over 800 single herbs, 100 teas, and 150 herbal formulas that we created.
When I'm not writing or spending time with the herbs I write and play music, create art work, read, and spend time with my girlfriend.
