Ryan Eller

Ryan Eller is a dreamer of dreams and a music maker. He is the cofounder of Paradigm Shift, a company that facilitates leadership training across the world. Ryan has led workshops, keynotes, and trainings in over 45 states and on 4 continents. Ryan has the goal of hosting a leadership training in all 50 states, in 100 countries, and on all 7 continents.

He is a member of several large non-profit boards across the nation, has advocated for educational aspiration in Washington, DC, and is a proud champion of the millennial generation.

Ryan spent seven years as Grant Coordinator for Educational Talent Search at Northeastern State University, the college where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and master’s in Higher Education Administration. He is currently in the process of earning his doctorate in education from the University of Arkansas.

Ryan has danced with Miss America, won a game show, got lost on the Great Wall of China, broken a world record, and married way out of his league. He has jumped out of planes, walked with lions, and jumped off of waterfalls.

Most importantly, Ryan is married to his college sweetheart, Kristin, and they have the cutest children ever - Jane & Caleb. Things he loves and are often found talking about…(in no particular order)…Kristin, Jane, Caleb, the OKC Thunder, a strong Nick Collison screen, his grandpa’s farm, OU college football, his huge family, dreaming big dreams, breakfast – specifically biscuits and gravy - retelling a story, running, LOST, checking something off of his bucket list, traveling the world, achieving a goal, and meeting new people.

He is always trying to Live his List and wants you to do the same!
