Mitchell D. Miller

Mitchell D. Miller is a writer, programmer, and traumatic brain injury survivor living in Florida.

In his thriller Psychotic Surgeon, a doctor saves lives during emergencies. But she would rather inflict pain and manipulate the system.

Mitchell knows hospitals from the patient's side. In 1986, he woke up from a five-day coma. His wife at the time checked him out of the ICU before anyone examined his head.

His memoir Where Did My Brain Go? tells how he spent nine years confused about what was wrong with him. Then he escaped the "disability trap" to become Lead Developer at a tech startup.

Now, Mitchell prefers riding his bicycle to debugging code. He enjoys Florida's endless summer while working on his next book.
