Tim Milburn has figured out his place in this world. His personal goal each day is to develop lifelong leaders, one person at a time. From his early experiences as "line monitor" in the third grade to his daily contact with those who are engaged in growing their influence, Tim invests his energies into motivating, resourcing, and equipping leaders of all ages.

Tim Milburn is the founder and director of Lifelong Leaders - an organization dedicated to helping people take responsibility, build relationships, and achieve results. Tim has dedicated over 25 years investing in the lives of others by inspiring them to reach their fullest potential. Tim currently serves as the Supervisor of Training Media and Development at Love's Travel Stop and Country Stores.

Tim speaks and trains variety of conferences, retreats, and workshops each year. He makes strong connections with his audiences and then connects them with solid content. Some have referred to Tim's style as a journey of Aha moments and memorable stories!
