Katharine Ardel

Katharine is a Reiki Master and teaches Incan Tradition of Shamanic Healing, Integral Yoga, hypnotherapy and Metaphysics. In addition, she is an Intuitive Coach, writer and spiritual artist.

Kathie has a strong background in social services working with high-risk teens in prevention programs. She managed a nursery school/day care center and directed recreational youth programs for several years. She integrates guided imagery into her work with teenagers and clients allowing entrainment to create inner peace. She inspires youth to discover self discipline and self motivation.

Most importantly Katharine is the mother of two amazing women who lead incredible lives. Kathie now lives on a dirt road in the mountains of Virginia with her beloved husband and four furry friends.
