David B. Pafford

Dr. Dave Pafford, Ed.D., MBA, MAT has a passion for developing leaders and structures including churches, centers, and schools. Dave is an accomplished communicator, business, education professional with over 17 years of speaking, administration, project coordination, and leadership development in multiple states.

Previously, Rev. Pafford was the founder and Executive Director of Southeastern University's Ohio regional campus, now offering 22 different degree programs from business, ministry, psychology, communications, digital media, criminal justice, human services and more. He has also served several church networks.

His gifts include speaking, developing boards, processes, and teams. He's directed events, camp, conventions and has a gift for simplifying complexity.

Mr. Dave Pafford is a salutatorian graduate of North Central University where he also served in student leadership as a Relations Director and Student Body President in 2004. He received a Menlo Park/ John Ortberg Scholarship, attended Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA and holds a Masters in Theology. Dave holds a M.B.A. from William Woods University and is completing a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.). Dave has been an ordained minister since 2006. Dave was instrumental in procuring a grant for its students on the Ohio Regional Campus paving a new future of more affordable education.

Today, Dave works with Emerge's team of leaders to procure gifts, talent, and grow a national network to meet growing mental health needs.
