Uwe Freund

Uwe Freund is a communication trainer, lecturer, coach, speaker and consultant on the topics of business writing and complaint management by letter, email, AI competence, live chat, telephone dialogue and presentation. He advises and supports companies in various industries in redesigning their written and verbal communication and in professionally optimising templates, text macros and canned text.

He is a member of the German Journalists' Association (BJV) and the "Text and Information Processing for Office Applications" committee at the German Institute for Standardisation (DIN e. V.).

Uwe Freund studied politics, German language and literature, and psychology in Frankfurt am Main and Munich. He has published books, software products, and CD-ROMs, with more than a million copies sold to date. Numerous books and products have been translated into English, French, and other languages.
