Jackie Jones

Jackie Jones holds a Masters in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, a dual bachelor degree in Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Franklin Univeristy and is currently working on a doctorate in Organization Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management at Capella Univeristy. She has sixteen years of progressive human resource experience with a concentration in Labor Relations and Training & Development. Past experience includes working in private, public and nonprofit organizations including both the City of Columbus and the State of Ohio. She currently owns and operates a Human Resource Consultant company, ‘HR Mechanic LLC’, where she delivers customized trainings and workshops, career coaching, résumé writing, and technical writing projects for both individuals and companies.

In addition, Jackie owns and operates, ‘Shade Publishing LLC’, delivering literary diversity at its finest. Accepting all genres of literature, she works with authors in creating, editing, marketing, and selling books and cards. Shade will release ten titles in its first year. Jackie moved to Columbus from Washington, DC seven years ago and resides with her two children; her hobbies include writing, cooking, reading, working with nonprofits and networking.
